Wall Finish   :  Internal & External, Cement Plaster in cement mortar (1:6). Two coats of cement paint over a coat     of cement wash, internal two coats of distemper over one coat of primer.

Flooring        : Tiles for bedroom / drawing/ dining/ kitchen and non-slipping tiles for bathroom.

Doors            :  All are flush doors with sal wood frame.

Windows       : All windows are hardwood & M.S. Grills with black enamel paint .

Electrical        :  Elegant modular electrical switches of standard and approved quality ( ISI Certified). Copper concealed wiring, lights, plug  points in each bedroom, drawing, dining And AC point in master bedroom etc.

Kitchen           : 2'-6' height above kitchen platform, 35mm thick granit stone slab in kitchen platform.

Bathroom      : Sanitary fittings of standard & approved quality .

Painting        :  Premium emulsion paint with putty finish for internal walls. Weather shield emulsion for external walls, Enamel paint for wood work & grill.

Lift : 6 passenger capacity lift

Security        :     Round the clock security with trained personnel.
