Foundation : Column beam structure
Structure : RCC Framed structure with first class standard bricks.
Wall Finish : Internal & External, Cement Plaster in cement ortar (1:6). Two coats of cement paint over a coat of cement wash, internal two coats of distemper over one coat of primer.
Flooring : Tiles/ Marble for bedroom/ drawing/ dining/ kitchen and non-slipping tiles for bathroom.
Doors : Main door teakwood frame with sal wood door frame, others doors with hard wood frames ( flush doors )
Windows : All windows in hardwood & M.S. Grills with black enamel paint .
Electrical : Elegant modular electrical switches of standard and approved quality ( ISI Certified). Copper concealed wiring, provision for lights, plug points in each bedroom, drawing, dining etc. should be provided.
Drainage : Every unit have individual septic tank, sub-drain connect with main drain for rain water & waste water.
Boundary wall: 5'-0 height & 5" thick boundary wall all side of the plot with main grill gate.
Kitchen : a) 3'-0' height above kitchen platform, 35mm thick granit stone slab in kitchen platform.
b) Exhaust fan will be provided.
Bathroom : Sanitary fittings of standard & approved quality .Hot & cold water mixer unit for shower & wash basin. Provision for geyser.
Water Supply: Individual bore well with the mortar connected to an overhead tank.
Painting : Premium emulsion paint with putty finish for internal walls. Weather shield emulsion for external walls, Enamel paint for wood work & grill.
Security : Round the clock security with trained personnel.
